Volunteers Week – plus! We are looking for Front of House Duty Managers!

It’s Volunteers’ Week and we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who contributes their time at The Mill to make it the successful community organisation it is.

We would not be able to do what we do without the countless hours of work so many put in, completely unpaid… but as The Mill grows and is used more, it means we do need more help!

We’re looking for several Front of House Duty Managers, people who are naturally courteous and focused on providing a high standard of customer service. You will need to be able to work under an amount of pressure but you will have a fabulous team supporting you. Expectations on time commitment are flexible and can be tailored to suit individual expectations. This is a chance to put your management and customer service skills to good use in a positive environment.
